I have now finished my project! But, I don’t know how to upload the Excel, so I am just going to email it to you. I will also email you my power point because this thing uploaded it wrong. It is just a little mistake, but I don’t feel like uploading it again because I am too tired and lazy. This will also be my last post since the project is due this Sunday and I have completed everything. This project was fun and frustrating at the same time.

My House

This is my amazing house in Seattle, Washington! The address to this house is 13721 1^st Ave NE 98125. This house has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The house is 1,858 square feet and features a deck, patio, garden and a hot tub. The cost of this house is 389,000 and 2,332 a month. But when you do property tax with it; the house is really 3,566 a month. This house looks amazing inside and out, it has enough space and is not too big. I love this house!

My Car

My car is a 2012 Ford Focus SE Sedan. The interior is black cloth and the exterior is oxford white. This car costs $362 a month for the total price of $16,995. Its gas tank holds 12.4 gallons of gas and the mpg is 28 miles. So, if I divided 1,000 by 28 you would get about 36, then multiply by 4; the total would be about $144 for gas each month.

 I have found my phone! It is a LG Rumor Touch for $29.99 from Sprint. This phone slides horizontally and touch screen phone. I love this phone because it is blue and it is the perfect size, not to big or small. The plan from this phone is also from Sprint and is $39.99 a month. My home phone is from AT&T and costs $44.95. The plan is AT&T and costs $20 a month.

Can't Decide!

I can't decide where I want to live, and I can’t decide which car either. Every time I find a house or car that I like, and then do the math, it turns up higher than my budget. Well, it doesn’t turn up higher; it just doesn’t give me enough money for the other things. I don’t know what to do! I try to make it work but it just doesn’t, so I have to start all over.
